US CA: Chopper Drains Water from Trailer to Fight Blue Cut Fire August 19

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said on August 19 that the Blue Cut Fire in San Bernardino County, California, was 40 percent contained. The San Bernardino Sheriff lifted evacuation orders for parts of Phelan the same day. This video shows some a helicopter pilot draining water from a trailer to fight the fire.
